For enhanced security, we require verification of new customer accounts prior to shipment of your orders.

Please download and complete the Customer Verification form:

• The form requires signatures from the end user of the purchased virus stock and the biosafety officer or other responsible official of the institution or company where the end user is located.
• By signing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the virus stocks you purchase, and that your institution or company has approved facilities and protocols for the use of purchased virus stocks.
• Please email the completed form to customer@advancedvirology.com.

After submitting your completed verification form, please proceed to create your customer account using the link provided below.


Once your registration has been reviewed and approved, you will receive access to log in and place orders at your convenience.
